So despite writing my Slimming World Journey a while back and vowing to get back on plan, I’ve totally failed so far! But yesterday marked the start of a new half term and I finally seem to have got my mojo back. I’ve researched lots of new recipes to make it more exciting and I’m looking forward to trying some new meals. Most are from the new Slimming World magazine and a few are my own recipes, that I’ll be sharing soon.
Monday
Breakfast: Porridge (made with vanilla rice milk and frozen raspberries)
Lunch: Homemade Pea and Ham Soup
Dinner: 5 Spice Turkey Sir Fry
Tuesday
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Leftover 5 Spice Turkey Stir Fry
Dinner: Cauliflower Crust Pizza (will share this recipe soon!)
Wednesday
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Homemade Pea and Ham Soup
Dinner: Pulled Chipotle Chicken
Thursday
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Leftover Pulled Chipotle Chicken
Dinner: Cottage Pie (already made and in the freezer – winner!)
Friday
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Pea and Ham Soup
Dinner: Prawn Thai Red Curry
