Slimming World Meal Plan – 6th Feb

So I still haven’t fully found my Slimming World groove yet since our wedding (nearly six months ago, eek!) but I’m feeling particularly motivated this week so I thought I would share the meals I have planned for this week. To be honest, our meals are usually pretty healthy, its just my complete inability to turn down sweet treats that is my real problem. I have a good feeling about this week though so fingers crossed! Monday

Breakfast: Porridge (hexb) made with rice milk (hexa) and raspberries. Sweetened with Total Sweet (2 tsps. = 1 syn)

Lunch: Chicken Tikka on Ryvita (2 = 3 syns) with tomato and cucumber salad

Dinner: Shanghai chilli prawns with pak choi

Snacks: Satsuma, red grapes, melon, light & free yoghurt

Total syns: 4

Exercise: Body Coach HIIT workout

Tuesday

Breakfast: Porridge (hexb) made with rice milk (hexa) and raspberries. Sweetened with Total Sweet (2 tsps. = 1 syn)

Lunch: Chicken and peppers with fajita spice mix (2.5 syns)

DinnerFish Pie with broccoli, green beans and peas (3 syns for cheese)

Snacks: Satsuma, red grapes, melon, light & free yoghurt

Total syns: 9.5

Exercise: Power walk

Wednesday

Breakfast: Porridge (hexb) made with rice milk (hexa) and raspberries. Sweetened with Total Sweet (2 tsps. = 1 syn)

Lunch: Chicken Tikka on Ryvita (2 = 3 syns) with tomato and cucumber salad

Dinner: Lasagne with broccoli, green beans and peas (6 syns for cheese)

Snacks: Satsuma, red grapes, melon, light & free yoghurt

Exercise: Body Coach HIIT workout

Thursday

Breakfast: Porridge (hexb) made with rice milk (hexa) and raspberries. Sweetened with Total Sweet (2 tsps. = 1 syn)

Lunch: Chicken and peppers with fajita spice mix (2.5 syns)

Dinner: Eating out with friends

Snacks: Satsuma, red grapes, melon, light & free yoghurt

Total syns: 3.5 plus dinner

Friday

Breakfast: Porridge (hexb) made with rice milk (hexa) and raspberries. Sweetened with Total Sweet (2 tsps. = 1 syn)

Lunch: Jacket potato with beans, cheese (6 syns) and salad

Dinner: Chilli beef meatballs with wholegrain rice and broccoli

Snacks: Satsuma, red grapes, melon

Total syns: 7

We’re away this weekend at my parents’ house so not sure what we’ll be eating then.
