Week 2 Slimming World Update

My second week back on plan hasn’t been all that on plan due to a girl’s weekend in Whitby… Read on to find out how I got on…


I met my target of 3 days of exercise this week. One workout from YouTube and two long walks.


Whitby weekend was totally off plan. Fish n Chips, crisps, chocolate, croissants, s’mores, donuts, burgers and cocktails, so like really off plan!

So how did I get on…

Unfortunately I put on 2.5lbs this weekend taking me to 0.5lbs over my starting weight. I’m hoping to get it all off and more by next week’s weigh in!

Aims for the week ahead

I’d like to lose 3lbs this week and make sure to drink at least 2 of my hydratem8s every day, I’ve had three already today so I’m starting off well! I’d also like to meet my 3 days exercise goal again. I want to get straight back on plan again and not let this week’s gain phase me.
