Small Great Things, No Coat and Breakfast in Bed #LittleLoves

I swear I was writing last week’s Little Loves only 5 minutes ago. Its been a whirlwind this week. House hunting and being busy at work hasn’t really left a second spare! We did get out for a lovely walk in the sunshine on Sunday which was amazing and the lighter mornings really have made a difference to my mood this week. I have managed to squeeze a few Little Loves in around the busyness so here they are.

This week I…

I finished Boy, Snow, Bird at the weekend and it did not disappoint. I was so torn between finding out what happened and not wanting it to be over. I kept picking it up and putting it back down again until I couldn’t wait any longer.

I then started Small Great Things pretty much straight away. I love the way Jodi Picoult writes and have read all of her previous novels. This book has her same familiar style and I’m gripped already, I cant wait to see how the story unfolds.

Pancakes AGAIN! It seems that once I’ve got a taste for them I just cant stop. They’re such a quick and easy sweet treat which is great as I’m still on my DECHOX and going strong! I can believe I’ve been chocolate-free for 17 days today, its a miracle.

I also made myself breakfast in bed because that’s what Sundays are for right?

Celebs go dating, how has this passed me by so far?!? So awful that it’s pretty funny, we ended up watching the last few episodes on Sunday night.

More like what I didn’t wear… my coat! I spent an afternoon outside at work and was able to ditch my coat. I did make sure to stay in the sunny side of our outdoor area though as it was still pretty chilly in the shade. Great to get some vitamin D, I even rolled my sleeves up to make to most of it. Could Spring actually be on the way?

I heard that Tom has booked us a few nights away over the Easter holidays! We’re heading back to the New Forest as we felt like we didn’t get long enough there to explore last time.

And lastly…

I’m off to Birmingham tomorrow to meet my friend Sarah for a day of shopping and lunch and general catching up. I can’t wait! Tom’s mum is also here for the weekend so I’m sure we’ll being doing something nice on Sunday too.

I hope you all have a good week. I’m linking up with the lovely Morgana at Coffee Work Sleep Repeat for this week’s #LittleLoves and am looking forward to reading about what everyone else has been loving this week too.
