What’s in Baby’s Hospital Bag
So as I said in my ‘What’s in My Hospital Bag’ post, I’m packing one bag for me, one for baby and some spares to leave in the car. Tom is in charge of his own bag and drinks and snacks for us both!

I feel like we’ve been pretty laid back about buying things for the baby but I think we now have all of the big things we need. There’s always Amazon Prime for the things we realise we need as we go along right?
So the bags are packed! I’ve packed a bag for me and a bag for baby as well as a bag of extras for in the car. My student-midwife sister suggested that as a tip to stop you overpacking and having to carry too much stuff around the hospital with you.
Now that I’ve entered my third trimester I’m going to share my essential items for the second trimester. I definitely felt better than during the first trimester but there were still lots of things that made the ride smoother along the way!
I’m growing one wiggly baby and over the last week or two I have been able to feel movement on and off all day. The movements are getting stronger too. The first trimester can be hard work cant it?!? And suffering in silence while no one knows your news can make it even harder. Tiredness, sickness and headaches were my worst symptoms, and while they were very much worth it, it was nice to have a few things to make life a little easier too.
