Ohhh I’m tired this week! Being back at work is still a real shock to the system. We met our baby niece at the weekend which was just so lovely but other than that its just been a pretty average week really, but still with lots of things to love. This week I…
Ahhh back to work week! Its certainly harder being at work all day when pregnant than it to be off. Its been a busy and hectic one with my classroom only being finished for Wednesday lunchtime (even though the children started Tuesday!) due to over running building works. But it hasn’t been too bad and… Continue reading Back to School, Crumble and The Little Book of Lykke #LittleLoves
We’ve spent the last week of the holidays in a little cottage in Cumbria exploring the Lake District and the Derbyshire Dales. Its been lovely to have some time away to properly relax, without feeling like we should be doing things around the house and to spend some time together just the two of us.
I was tagged by Emma-Louise from Read, Write, Inspire to complete the Mid-Year Freak Out Tag, you can read her post here. I had to browse back through my #LittleLoves posts to remember what I’ve actually read this year!
I’ve been having a lovely and pretty busy summer holidays. I also visited another friend this… Continue reading Line of Duty, Nigel and Easter Bonnets #LittleLoves
Last weekend I went to my parents’ to celebrate Mother’s Day. We visited my Grandparents, walked the dog and had a racelette evening and it was really lovely. It was nice to spend a couple of chilled out days with my family and the sun shone for us, my Dad even washed my car for… Continue reading Mother’s Day, Like a Queen and the BFG #LittleLoves
Unlike last week when I felt like there’d only been 5 minutes between Little Loves posts, this week felt like such a long one. I had a really lovely day in Birmingham on Saturday with my friend Sarah, a little bit of shopping, quite a bit of food and a whole load of catching up.… Continue reading Beauty and the Beast, Small Great Things (again) and a Teacher Just Like You #LittleLoves
Why hello Friday. I hope you’ve all had a good week. Last weekend we had a much needed lazy one which was just what we needed. It was mainly spent at home with a little trip out to the cinema. I was then in a good place to start the week, which was lucky as… Continue reading Boy, Snow, Bird; Logan and DECHOX #LittleLoves
Last weekend was the relaxing one we needed so badly! We drove round to look at some houses for sale on Saturday before a spot of lunch and some shopping. There are lots of birthdays coming up this month (including mine!) so it was nice to get organised and buy some presents. Sunday was spent… Continue reading Slapped Cheek, Banana Bread and Heart-Shaped Elbow Patches #LittleLoves
