Well the newborn days just fly don’t they. I know everyone says it and it’s a bit of a cliche but they just do. I think I must have taken over a thousand photos of Teddy in these first 7 weeks because I don’t want to forget a single thing. I’ve also been keeping lots of little things such as his first hat and hospital bands.
Baby Art have a huge range of products to help you to preserve those special memories right from pregnancy. You can create a cast of your bump or mark its size at certain milestone moments on the Once Upon a Time tape measure.
The My Birth Date frame is a great keepsake for your little one to record the key statistics about their arrival. The kit includes everything you need to make the frame and it’s super simple and easy, great when you have a newborn and don’t have much hands free time. The frame would be a great addition to the nursery and the range of stickers make it easy to fit in with any theme. If you have older siblings this would be a lovely activity for them to get involved with to help them to feel included too.
I’ve kept both mine and Teddy’s hospital bands, his first hat and even his cord (that’s not ok is it?!?) and the My Little Treasures box is the perfect place to store them. There are lots of different compartments of different sizes so you can choose the mementoes that are important to you. There is a frame for a photo inside, space for you to make some notes and even a card to make a hand and foot print on the top, using the paint provided.
Baby Art have products beyond the newborn days too including a height chart and a book to record the funny things your child says! There are also kits to create presents for special occasions, such as Mother’s Day.
We have loved using these Baby Art products, and as soon as Teddy has a room of his own (it’s on the renovation list!) we’ll be displaying them in there.
