Last year I posted a few updates about our whole house renovation and our plans for the work we were going to do. The most recent piece I wrote about the kitchen was when the main building work was done and we were getting ready to move in, so close yet so far! Then I went… Continue reading Our Renovated Kitchen
Its surprising the things you don’t appreciate until they’re gone and during these renovations there have been a lot of things I’ve realised I used to take for granted until they were taken away! A modern kitchen, carpet and a builder-free house are some obvious ones but there are some more unexpected and surprising things… Continue reading 3 Unexpected Things I’m Looking Forward to After the Renovations
I thought it was about time I updated on our new kitchen, you remember, the 6-week renovation project that started early January? Well after lots of weather related delays and the usual case of things taking a lot longer than planned the main building work is finally finished!
I can’t believe I’m actually writing this, but the builders have finally started the renovations on our home! If you’ve read any of my previous home posts, you’ll know that we’ve faced a lot of delays and false starts, so this really is exciting progress.

Ohhh I’m tired this week! Being back at work is still a real shock to the system. We met our baby niece at the weekend which was just so lovely but other than that its just been a pretty average week really, but still with lots of things to love. This week I…
Ahhh back to work week! Its certainly harder being at work all day when pregnant than it to be off. Its been a busy and hectic one with my classroom only being finished for Wednesday lunchtime (even though the children started Tuesday!) due to over running building works. But it hasn’t been too bad and… Continue reading Back to School, Crumble and The Little Book of Lykke #LittleLoves
